Restoration
Our restoration capabilities combine extensive hands-on motorsport experience with modern engineering, measurement and manufacturing technologies to support the comprehensive restoration of historic and competition vehicles. From complete chassis-up rebuilds to the refurbishment, reverse engineering and reproduction of individual components, we take a methodical approach to restoring mechanical integrity, functionality and reliability while respecting the vehicle's original design, specification and historical significance.
Race and Track Day Preparation
Whether preparing a competition car for its next race or a performance vehicle for a demanding track day, our focus is on ensuring every aspect of the vehicle is ready for the circuit. From mechanical inspections, servicing and safety checks through to suspension setup, chassis adjustments and performance enhancements, we provide comprehensive preparation services designed to maximise reliability, handling and driver confidence.
Reverse Engineering, 3D Scan and CMM
Recreating obsolete parts, relies on the precise, accurate capture of geometric features. We achieve this using 3D scanning, particularly useful for organic or highly complex surfaces. Additionally we use our 6 axis coordinate measuring arm, to locate key geometric features such as bolt holes and mating surfaces with an accuracy to .001mm.
Prototyping, Product Development, 3D Printing
We employ an iterative design and development process, combining advanced 3D CAD modelling with additive manufacturing technologies to rapidly prototype, evaluate and refine new components and engineering solutions. This approach enables us to validate design concepts, assess form, fit and functionality, and optimise component geometry before committing to final manufacture, reducing development time, cost and risk.
CNC Machining
Our in-house CNC machining capabilities enable us to complete the entire product development lifecycle, seamlessly transitioning from initial concept and iterative prototyping through to precision manufacture of finished components. By retaining control of the design and manufacturing process, we ensure dimensional accuracy, consistency and quality, while maintaining the flexibility to accommodate bespoke requirements and complex engineering challenges.
Electronics and Loom Production
Our electrical engineering capabilities extend to the design and fabrication of bespoke motorsport wiring looms, incorporating robust, reliable and serviceable solutions tailored to the demands of professional racing applications. We also design and manufacture custom wiring enclosures and sensor interface assemblies, simplifying the integration, connection and management of multiple sensors while improving installation efficiency, accessibility and maintainability.
Fabrication
Our fabrication capabilities encompass a comprehensive range of processes, including precision cutting, bending, forming, welding and assembly, enabling the construction of bespoke components and complex structures for historic and professional motorsport applications.
